  • Are you insured?

    Valet insurance comes in three forms. General liability, Garage Keepers Ins which provides coverage for vehicle damage from valet, and Workers Comp which protects clients if a valet is hurt on your property. We can send over our COI and also add any ‘additional insured’ requests if needed for your property’s coverage.

  • Do yo do background checks on your employee's?

    Our staff is fully vetted with background checks.

  • How long have you been in business?

    We have been in business for 11 years and our management staff has 30 years’ experience.

  • What does it cost me to have valet at my private event?

    Rates fluctuate depending on the service provided, location of service, number of guests, number of hours, and date of event. The starting rate is $399.

  • Are Valet un uniforms?

    Yes, Prime Valet staff is in uniform. Black slacks or shorts, baby blue polo with black shoes.

  • Can you assist with obtaining a permit for my new business venture so we can break ground?

    If you are constructing a business and need a permit from the city in order to break ground, we can assist.

  • How will my guests have their vehicles checked in/out?

    We use an electronic ticketing system that will text guests their digital valet ticket. Guests that are ready to leave can click a link in their phones to request their vehicle to be pulled up.

  • What if a guest wants to tip but doesn’t have cash?

    No cash, no problem, our digital ticket system will allow you to tip via credit card, cash app or Apple Pay.
